Shorter Events
Coverage and all digital files for shorter events within DFW
$ 150 per hour, plus tax
Event coverage of 2 to 4 hours with all digital files
- Minimum of 2 hours coverage
- Single day events within DFW
- Website gallery of all images
- All images included with total as full resolution digital files
Longer Events
Coverage and all digital files for longer events within DFW
$ 100 per hour, plus tax
Event coverage of 6 to 9 hours with all digital files
- Minimum of 6 hours coverage
- Can cover 2 consecutive days in DFW
- Website gallery of all images
- All images included with total as full resolution digital files
Conventions
Coverage and all digital files for conventions
Event coverage of more than 10 hours with all digital files
- Minimum of 10 hours coverage
- Can extend to multiple days
- Can be in or outside of DFW
- Website gallery of all images
- All images included with total as full resolution digital files
- Individually quoted based on event details
For a specific quote with events outside the DFW Metroplex or with events requiring 10 or more hours of coverage, please contact Jim.
There is no deposit required to schedule event coverage of 9 hours or less. The event coverage price can be paid by check, cash, or credit card before or after the session by invoice, up to 60 days after receipt.
The web gallery is active for 4 months after posting, and can be extended if wished. It is viewable by a unique link provided to the client, and is private from search engines.
